Ce rapport présente une évaluation détaillée des services d’eau, d’assainissement et d’hygiène (WASH) dans les formations sanitaires (FOSA) du Cameroun. Il identifie les lacunes existantes, propose des axes d’amélioration et établit un plan d’investissement pour la mise à niveau des infrastructures WASH. L’objectif est de guider les autorités sanitaires et les partenaires dans la planification d’interventions durables et équitables.
